The audit (May 7) was unusually positive on the technical side. yoreh.co is fully crawlable by every major AI bot, Shopify is auto-publishing the agent commerce layer (llms.txt, agents.md, MCP endpoint), and the hardest part of AI visibility — being readable at all — is already solved. Most stores at this stage are not.
The remaining work is content and a slower authority play. The homepage needs a real H1 and a brand definition block. The catalog needs four duplicate SKUs and two placeholder pages archived. The schema layer needs FAQPage and HowTo. Press, reviews, Wikidata, and founder content run in parallel over a quarter.
This proposal sketches two engagement shapes — both one-time, sized to fit the work without compounding into ongoing overhead. Pick the one that matches how much of the strategic anchor set you want closed out alongside the on-site work.
The technical foundation is solid. The job is a focused content sweep, the right schema, and starting the authority levers that have long lead times.
AI search visibility is a different discipline from traditional SEO — different surfaces, different feedback cycles, different failure modes. The work that actually moves the needle lives at four layers, and they have to be sequenced. Skip the foundation and the rest compounds in the wrong direction.
Each layer depends on the one below it being right first. The rest of this proposal is structured around shipping these layers in order — on-site fixes (Layer 1), the Wikidata draft (Layer 2), the Content & Editorial Strategy and Customer Review Strategy (Layer 3), and the AI Visibility Platform scan (which surfaces Layer 4 issues if they appear).
Both kits include the AI Visibility Platform scan so you start with a real before-state. The difference is whether you want the full strategic anchor set or just the on-site essentials.
Every fix from the audit, ready to ship in Shopify — either paste-ready for you to deploy, or we ship it directly if you grant us Shopify admin access. Plus the strategic anchors that build authority signal over months: Wikidata, a Content & Editorial Strategy mapping yoreh's full content territory, and a Customer Review Strategy. Plus an AI Visibility Platform scan to lock your before-state.
Walk-away clause: if the walkthrough call doesn't land the deliverables you expected, don't pay the second 50%. The risk on delivery sits with us, not you.
The on-site essentials only, ready to ship in Shopify — either paste-ready for you to deploy, or we ship it directly if you grant us Shopify admin access. Plus your AI Visibility Platform scan so you can see your before-state. This is Layer 1 work without the Layer 2/3 anchors. The fastest, cheapest path to "AI can read yoreh accurately." Wikidata, the Content & Editorial Strategy, and Customer Review Strategy wait for a future engagement.

You've already done the hard part. The technical foundation at yoreh is genuinely better than most stores at this stage. What's left is small but key for your success, and the authority levers we're starting take long enough that starting now beats starting in three months.
I want it to actually fit where yoreh is right now. If A or B isn't quite right, just let me know and we can adjust scope based on your needs.
