How It Runs
Read-only first, edits on an unpublished theme copy, your live store untouched until you approve. Every phase ends with something you can see.

Outcome
We establish exactly where yoreh stands in AI search today — so the lift at the end is measurable, not a guess.
What we do
Kickoff call, Shopify read-only access provisioned, brand inputs captured, and the live theme pulled to a local copy. Baseline AI Visibility scan run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini.
Phase 1 Days 1–4
Foundation
Outcome
Your site becomes machine-readable — AI engines can correctly identify what yoreh is, what it sells, and answer questions about it.
What we do
Homepage H1 + canonical brand-definition block, FAQPage + HowTo schema (JSON-LD), and robots.txt rules allowing the major AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended) — all validated. Work happens on an unpublished theme copy, never the live store.
Phase 2 Days 5–7
Entity & Authority
Outcome
yoreh becomes a recognized entity that AI engines can trust and reference — tied to a real person and verified profiles, not just a website.
What we do
Person schema for the founder/team, a yoreh brand entity prepared and submitted to Wikidata (the open knowledge graph AI reads from), and sameAs links connecting the site to its social and knowledge-graph profiles.
Phase 3 Days 8–12
Content Strategy
Outcome
A clear plan for the content that earns citations — targeting the exact questions buyers ask AI, prioritized by where the scan shows you absent instead of guesswork.
What we do
An editorial map of 30–35 articles, ranked against your live catalog, the competitor research and the pockets the baseline scan found you missing from, plus 4 fully-developed article briefs (target query, outline, schema, internal links) ready to publish.
Phase 4 Days 12–14

Reviews & Delivery
Outcome
The authority signal AI weighs most is live and working — and you get proof of the lift with a before/after scan, plus everything handed off in your control.
What we do
Review app installed with post-purchase request automation and live Review/AggregateRating schema. Final AI Visibility scan run against the baseline, handoff doc delivered, and you preview the theme copy and publish it. All Node access is then revoked.
