Key Insight

Smart ring jackets are the only spearhead. Two of the six clusters are cancelled: meteorite as a focus, and gold as a territory. What remains is the jackets, recycled 925 as evergreen authority, and the brand identity clusters that tie them together. Win the jacket category first, then own the long-tail questions competitors have not answered.

01 /

Strategic Thesis: Win the Category, Not the Head Terms

Be the source, do not out-blog media
The Point

Own each category and its long-tail. Don't spend your budget trying to out-blog media on head terms.

AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini) cite the most extractable, verifiable passage for a question, and they lean on sources they already trust. For a small brand like yours, two facts follow.

The single most predictive factor for AI visibility in 2026 is off-site branded mentions, not backlinks and not owned content volume (Ahrefs, 75,000 brands: branded-mention correlation with AI Overview presence is roughly three times stronger than backlinks). Everything here is built to generate mentions and citable answers across the surfaces AI reads, with owned content as the anchor, not the whole play.

The Positioning Wedge: The Slice You Can Own

Solid, alternative, made-to-order

Your catalog is recycled 925 sterling silver, handcrafted, minimalist and unisex, in a sculptural register. Across every cluster the wedge is the same: solid silver, not plated-thin or silicone; quiet self-expression, not loud; handcrafted, not mass-produced. That gap defines the queries you can realistically be cited for, from "solid silver Oura ring jacket" to "minimalist unisex silver jewelry." Compete where the differentiated answer is one only Yoreh can give.

Voice · Applies To Every Piece Below Your direction, 15 July

The register is quiet self-expression. Jewelry about expressing who you are, without being loud. The words "bold", "gothic" and "memento-mori" are dropped everywhere, in this document and in all copy going forward. "Unisex" stays, and gifting angles stay.

The reference is the statement already live on your site: "Objects that become identity. For those who don't blend in. The quiet rebels. The modern artists. The forever outsiders. The ones who notice the difference." Every brief, headline, FAQ answer and pitch angle should sound like it belongs next to that sentence.

One practical consequence: do not headline "made to order". It is true and it belongs in shipping and product detail where a buyer needs it, but leading with it reads as slow shipping rather than as craft.

How AI Citation Actually Works in 2026

The evidence, and the myths to drop

Grounded in current, verifiable evidence, ranked by strength.

Three myths I keep out of anything I hand you

Debunked, and a credibility risk if you check them.

On schema

Structured data helps entity resolution and Google surfaces, but the evidence that JSON-LD directly drives LLM citation is weak (engines mostly parse visible HTML). I'd implement schema for entity legibility. The visible answer-first text is what earns the citation.

The Content Architecture: Four Live Clusters, Two Cancelled

Jackets lead, cancelled clusters kept visible
# Cluster Grounded in Role
01 Smart Ring Jackets / Oura 16 SKUs (YRH 01-08) The only spearhead
02 Lunar Meteorite / Imbrium Series 7 SKUs, ~67 units selling through Cancelled. Gemstone test instead
03 Recycled 925 sterling silver (core line) ~40 SKUs (rings, chains, bracelets, pendants) Evergreen topical authority
04 Gold the smart ring jacket line only Cancelled as a cluster
05 Craft, recycled sourcing, brand entity 56 SKUs "recycled", Bali workshop Reduced heavily. Quiet detail, not a theme
06 Unisex identity, collections, gifting Libuela, Anoneme, Coelho, etc. Ties the brand across every line

Every cluster uses the same discipline: answer-first extractable content, multi-surface (owned plus community plus earned), integrity-gated claims, and each priority piece mapped to a scan prompt.

05 /

Cluster 1: Smart Ring Jackets / Oura (Spearhead)

The deepest play, grounded in the real line

The deepest play, grounded in your real line (16 SKUs, $339 to $509, recycled 925, gold at 18k / 3.5 microns, fit Oura Gen 3/4/5/Ceramic and RingConn 2/3, sizes US 4 to 15, made to order, water safe).

1a · Category-definition hub

I'd upgrade /pages/smart-ring-jackets into the canonical explainer for "what is a smart ring jacket," so AI cites Yoreh when defining the category. Open with a 40 to 60 word extractable definition. Wire Product schema (material, isAccessoryOrSparePartFor Oura/RingConn) and knowsAbout: "smart ring jacket" on the Organization.

1b · Long-tail vacuum questions

Mapped to your real variants and objections.

Piece Target query Why winnable
Does an Oura cover affect accuracy? do oura ring covers affect readings Honest mechanism answer (1c); high-intent objection
Which YRH jacket fits my Oura (Gen 3/4/5)? oura ring jacket gen 4 fit Fit is productized as a variant; nobody else has this answer
How to size a smart ring jacket (US 4-15) smart ring jacket sizing Fixes your own weak size guide
Solid silver jacket vs silicone cover oura ring cover silicone vs metal The wedge; honest comparison table
Water / gym / shower safe? oura ring jacket waterproof Oxidized silver is water safe
Men's and unisex jackets mens oura ring cover No competitor owns this slice
1c · The honest accuracy answer

Your own copy already frames it correctly: sensors stay exposed, data stays accurate. I'd build on that.

Gate · Accuracy Claim Must be right, must be gated

Don't publish a "silicone ruins accuracy, buy metal" claim. It is false and reads as advertising. Any claim beyond "sensors exposed equals accurate" needs you to run a bench test first.

A short fitting video showing the exposed sensor window is the proof and a citable asset.

1d · Comparison and alternative wedge pieces

"Solid silver jacket vs silicone," "alternative to [dainty competitor]," "premium / fine-jewelry Oura jackets."

06 /

Cluster 2: Lunar Meteorite (Cancelled as a Spearhead)

Replaced by a small, measured gemstone test

This cluster proposed lunar meteorite as a co-spearhead alongside the jackets, on the grounds that it was the cleanest content vacuum in the catalog. You removed it as a brand focus, and that decision holds. The reasoning was yours and it is sound: the remaining stock is finite, around 67 units selling through, and building an AI-visibility position on a line you may retire would anchor the brand to something temporary.

What Happens To Meteorite Your direction, 15 July

Removed from: positioning, homepage copy, entity and schema descriptions, pitch angles, FAQs, and the priority list. Brief B (the authenticity explainer) is cancelled.

Kept: product pages stay live as normal listings while the remaining stock sells through, with no marketing around them. Meteorite-set care guidance stays in the care guide, because people who already own a piece need it and it makes no positioning claim.

Side benefit worth noting: the meteorite authenticity content was gated on a Certificate of Authenticity whose exact wording and specimen classification we never saw. Cancelling the cluster retires that risk rather than deferring it.

The gemstone test, as you proposed it

Your counter-proposal was to reframe the territory toward gemstones more broadly rather than drop it entirely: publish a small number of articles in that direction, watch traction for a few months, and design new pieces only if it earns the attention. Here is that scoped, so it is a decision you can take rather than an idea.

Important boundary: the gemstone test must not reintroduce meteorite as a spearhead through the back door. Meteorite can appear as one example among several in a stone article. It cannot be the subject of one.

07 /

Cluster 3: Recycled 925 Sterling Silver (Core Line, Evergreen)

High-volume demand the site does not answer today

The bulk of your catalog (~40 SKUs: MK1-3, Morph, Siffre rings, the chain range 1mm to 5mm, Belcher, Carré, Boyy, matching bracelets, and the Niju, Hitomi, Coelho, Protector, Senlidofu, Libelula pieces). This cluster is high-volume evergreen demand that your site does not answer today (zero on-site mentions of "tarnish" or "hypoallergenic"), and it builds the topical authority that lifts every other cluster.

Winnable evergreen queries

Citable asset: a genuinely useful care-and-quality guide (numbered HowTo), and an honest recycled-vs-mined explainer. These are the pieces AI pulls for millions of generic silver queries, and they anchor Yoreh as an authority on the material, not just a shop.

08 /

Cluster 4: Gold (Cancelled as a Cluster)

Gold lives in jacket contexts only, per your feedback

This cluster proposed a run of vermeil-education content ("what is gold vermeil," "vermeil vs gold plated vs solid gold"). You cancelled it, and that stands. Yoreh has no gold jewelry in the regular line: only the smart ring jackets come in gold. Building a content cluster around a material that appears on one product line would have pointed AI at a territory the catalog does not actually occupy.

Cancelled · Gold Spec Resolved Your feedback 15 July, spec confirmed 18 July

The cluster is cancelled. Gold appears only in jacket contexts now: the gold FAQ, the jacket product pages and the care guide. It is not a content territory and it is not on the priority list.

The underlying spec conflict is separately resolved. The store marketed gold two ways: the jacket line said "18k gold, 3.5 microns," the Imbrium meteorite pieces said "24k gold vermeil." You confirmed 18k gold plating over recycled 925 sterling silver, jackets only. The theme now says this consistently in the FAQ, the care guide and llms.txt.

On the word "vermeil". Worth stating precisely, because it is a real asset you are choosing not to spend. Your own product data lists 3.5 microns of 18k gold on the jackets, which is above the 2.5 micron US minimum for vermeil, so the term would likely be defensible. It is dropped anyway for two reasons: you cancelled the cluster it belonged to, and the micron figure has never been confirmed by you directly, only read out of the product export. If you confirm the thickness holds for the current process, vermeil becomes available as a stronger claim on the jacket pages, without reviving the cluster.

09 /

Cluster 5: Bali Craft, Recycled Sourcing, and Brand Entity

Real E-E-A-T and a local-discovery play

Your maker story is real E-E-A-T. Grounded in made-to-order production (19 SKUs), lost-wax casting, a Bali workshop, and recycled sourcing (56 SKUs reference recycled silver).

This Cluster Was Rescoped Craft story, not local discovery

An earlier version of this cluster included a local-discovery play, targeting "handmade silver jewelry in Canggu" and similar tourist-intent queries. That is removed.

The reason is in your baseline scan. Once a model is told Yoreh is a jewelry brand, 61% of answers place the brand in Bali and none identify the US entity. Ranking for "jewelry in Canggu" would win a small pocket of local tourist demand while reinforcing the single biggest accuracy problem in the scan, on the surface where it is hardest to correct. It buys the wrong thing.

What survives, and it is the valuable part: Bali as the workshop where the pieces are made. That is true, it is on the FAQ, warranty and returns pages, and it is genuinely differentiating craft content. The rule is the same one that governs the schema: Bali describes how and where the pieces are made, never what the brand is.

10 /

Cluster 6: Unisex Identity, Collections, and Gifting

Ties the brand identity across every line

Ties your brand identity across every line. Yoreh's collections (Libuela, Anoneme, Coelho, Protector, Senlidofu) and its sculptural, minimalist design language are a differentiated answer for buyers the mainstream brands do not serve. Written in the quiet self-expression register, not as edge or subculture.

This cluster is lighter on volume but high on brand-entity value and internal linking, and it is where your brand voice already excels.

Priority Order and Cadence

Oura-led, but complete

Here's what I'd ship first, highest leverage first.

# Priority piece Why first
01 Oura category-definition hub (1a) Anchors the spearhead
02 Meteorite authenticity (6) Cut per your feedback. Gemstone test replaces it, on its own timeline
03 Off-site engine kickoff (11) Continuous from week one
04 Does an Oura cover affect accuracy (1c) Flagship objection, honest and gated
05 Sterling silver evergreen: "does 925 tarnish / is it hypoallergenic" (7) Topical authority for the whole catalog
06 Which YRH jacket fits my Oura, and sizing (1b) Maps to variants, fixes the size guide
07 Gold cluster (8) Cut per your feedback. Gold stays in jacket contexts only

Cadence: two anchored pieces per week, refresh the hubs and top pieces every 60 to 90 days. Community and earned-media outreach are weekly and ongoing.

Paste-Ready Article Briefs

Four priority pieces, fully briefed as proof of concept

Four of the priority pieces, fully briefed so a writer can execute them without further direction. Each opens with a real answer-first draft, a question-form outline, one mandated citable asset, schema, and a success metric. These cover the two spearheads, the flagship objection, and the evergreen authority play.

Brief A · Smart Ring Jackets Category Pillar Priority 1 · Pillar
Working titleSmart Ring Jackets: What They Are, How They Work, and How to Choose (Oura and RingConn)
PageRebuild of /pages/smart-ring-jackets (the category hub)
Target query"what is a smart ring jacket", "oura ring jacket"
IntentEducational, top-of-funnel. Define the category and make Yoreh the reference AI cites for it.
Answer-first opening · draft A smart ring jacket is a decorative metal cover that slides over a smart ring like the Oura or RingConn, turning a plain tracker into fine jewelry while leaving the sensors exposed so it keeps reading accurately. Yoreh makes them in solid recycled 925 sterling silver, cast to order for your specific ring model and size.
OutlineEach H2 opens with a 40 to 60 word answer. 1) What is a smart ring jacket? 2) Does a jacket affect Oura accuracy? (short honest answer, link to Brief C) 3) Which smart rings do jackets fit? (Oura Gen 3/4/5/Ceramic, RingConn 2/3) 4) Silicone cover vs solid metal jacket 5) How to size and choose a jacket 6) How Yoreh jackets are made.
Citable assetAn original comparison table (bare ring vs silicone cover vs solid metal jacket) scored on look, accuracy, durability, price, and water safety, plus the one-line category definition.
SchemaArticle + FAQPage + Product (isAccessoryOrSparePartFor Oura/RingConn).
Length2,000 to 2,800 words (pillar).
Internal linksEach YRH jacket product, the sizing HowTo, Brief C.
Success metricCited for "what is a smart ring jacket" and "oura ring jacket" on Perplexity, ChatGPT, and AI Overviews within 8 to 12 weeks.
GateAccuracy statements stay honest (sensors exposed equals accurate).
Brief B · Cancelled Was the meteorite authenticity piece

This slot held "Is Lunar Meteorite Jewelry Real? How to Tell If Moon Rock Jewelry Is Authentic", briefed as the number two priority. You cancelled it, and it is not replaced. Three briefs remain: A, C and D, all approved.

Worth recording why, because the brief was genuinely strong on the merits. It targeted a real vacuum, and Yoreh could have answered it better than anyone. It was cancelled because the line it supported is being sold through rather than continued, and because publishing it would have required confirming the exact Certificate of Authenticity wording and specimen classification, which we never had. Cancelling retires that risk instead of carrying it.

If the gemstone test in section 06 earns its keep, the replacement content comes from there, on a stone-agnostic angle rather than a meteorite one.

Brief C · Do Oura Ring Covers Affect Accuracy? Priority 4 · Objection
Working titleDo Oura Ring Covers Affect Accuracy? What Actually Changes Your Readings
PageNew article, linked from the jackets hub
Target query"do oura ring covers affect accuracy", "does a cover affect oura readings"
IntentResolve the flagship buyer objection, honestly.
Answer-first opening · draft No, a well-fitted cover does not affect Oura accuracy, as long as it leaves the underside sensor window exposed and does not shift on your finger. Oura reads through sensors on the inside of the ring, so anything that blocks them or lifts them off your skin is what degrades data, not the cover material itself. Yoreh's jackets are designed to sit snug with the sensors fully exposed.
Outline1) Do covers affect Oura accuracy? (the honest answer) 2) How Oura measures, and why the sensor window matters 3) When a cover does hurt accuracy (loose fit, blocked sensors) 4) Silicone sleeves vs rigid jackets 5) How to check your cover is not affecting readings.
Citable assetA "does your cover affect accuracy" checklist (sensor window exposed? snug fit? no shifting?) plus the honest mechanism explainer.
SchemaArticle + FAQPage.
Length1,200 to 1,800 words.
Internal linksJackets hub (Brief A), sizing HowTo.
Success metricCited for "do oura ring covers affect accuracy" within 8 to 12 weeks.
GatePublish only the honest answer. Any side-by-side accuracy claim needs you to run a bench test first. A short fitting video showing the exposed sensor window is the proof asset.
Brief D · Does Sterling Silver Tarnish? Priority 5 · Evergreen
Working titleDoes Sterling Silver Tarnish? And Is 925 Silver Hypoallergenic? A Care and Quality Guide
PageNew article, linked from the care guide and the core collections
Target query"does sterling silver tarnish", "is 925 silver hypoallergenic"
IntentHigh-volume evergreen. Build topical authority on the material that lifts your whole catalog.
Answer-first opening · draft Yes, sterling silver (925) can tarnish, because the copper it is alloyed with reacts with air and moisture, but the tarnish is surface-level and wipes off with a polishing cloth. And yes, 925 sterling silver is hypoallergenic for most people, because it contains no nickel. Yoreh's pieces are solid recycled 925, so both apply.
Outline1) Does sterling silver tarnish, and why? 2) How to prevent and remove tarnish 3) Is 925 hypoallergenic and nickel-free? 4) Recycled vs mined silver: any quality difference? 5) How to care for sterling silver day to day.
Citable assetA tarnish-prevention and cleaning steps table, plus an honest recycled-vs-mined explainer.
SchemaArticle + FAQPage + HowTo (the care steps).
Length1,500 to 2,000 words.
Internal linksCare guide HowTo, core silver products.
Success metricCited for "does sterling silver tarnish" and "is 925 hypoallergenic" within 8 to 12 weeks.
GateDescribe the silver as recycled; do not make a hard sustainability claim until the certificate is confirmed.

Integrity Gates and What I Need From You

I won't publish unverifiable or contradictory claims

Your differentiators only work if they are true and consistent.

Gold Spec · Closed Confirmed 18 July 2026

Confirmed as 18k gold plating over recycled 925 sterling silver, on the smart ring jackets only. The "24k vermeil" claim is retired and "vermeil" is dropped from the vocabulary. One number is still worth verifying before the deepest material content ships: whether the 3.5 micron figure from the old jacket copy holds for the current process.

Meteorite · Provenance Dropped off the list

This gate asked you to confirm the Certificate of Authenticity wording and specimen classification. It no longer applies, because the meteorite content is cancelled. Nothing we publish makes an authenticity claim, so nothing needs verifying.

Recycled Silver · Sustainability Resolved by wording, not a certificate

You confirmed no sustainability certificate exists. So this stops being a gate and becomes a wording rule: recycled 925 is described plainly as a real part of how the pieces are made, never as certified proof. The live FAQ already does this correctly, saying outright that Yoreh holds no formal certificate. Recycled silver remains a genuine differentiator; it just is not an accreditation.

What is actually still open

Closed since the first version: the gold spec (18k, jackets only), the founder socials (Instagram, not LinkedIn), the founding year, the legal entity, and the review system, which turned out to already exist rather than needing building.

Measurement Mapping

Verifiable, not asserted

I map each priority piece to specific prompts in the AI Visibility scan library so success is verifiable, not asserted. The baseline scan should weight the two spearheads (Oura category, accuracy, fit-by-generation, alternative-aesthetic; lunar meteorite authenticity) plus the evergreen silver queries, so the before and after measures the queries that map to revenue and to the cleanest vacuums. I'd lock the baseline before any on-site changes publish.
