Shopify — yoreh.co

Store Access

This is the critical path — nothing starts until access lands. The model is deliberately conservative: read-only for the audit, an unpublished theme copy for edits, and full revocation at handoff. The live storefront is never touched until Fin approves the result.

Collaborator Account

Fin Grants Free

Shopify's official way for partners to work on a client store. Granular, doesn't use a staff seat, and revocable anytime. Node requests it via the Shopify Partner dashboard; Fin approves with Themes + Develop apps permissions.

Read-Only Custom App

Node Sets Up Free

A scoped Admin API token for the programmatic audit. Read-only scopes only to start: read_themes, read_content, read_products, read_online_store_pages. No customer or order data is ever requested. Write scopes are added only when the editing phase begins, after the audit.

Node creates the app under the collaborator account; Fin approves the scopes. Token stored in an encrypted vault, never over email or chat.

Shopify CLI

Node Sets Up Free

Node's local tool for theme work. The live theme is pulled into a local copy, all edits (H1, schema, robots.txt) happen on an unpublished duplicate, then pushed for preview. The published storefront is never edited directly.

Scanning & Authority

The tooling that measures the "before / after" and establishes yoreh as a recognized entity in the knowledge graph.

AI Visibility Platform

Node Sets Up Included

Node's own platform. Scans how yoreh appears across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Gemini. Runs a baseline scan on Day 0 and a final scan on Day 14 to show movement.

Wikidata

Node Sets Up Free

The open knowledge graph that AI engines read from. Node prepares and submits a yoreh brand entity (founding, category, founder) plus a Person record tied to the site via sameAs links.

Node manages. Note: Wikidata submissions are reviewed by community editors, so acceptance within 14 days isn't guaranteed — preparation and submission are in scope.

Schema Validators

Google Rich Results Test and the Schema.org validator, used to verify every piece of JSON-LD (FAQPage, HowTo, Person, Review) before it goes live.

Customer Review System

Third-party reviews are one of the signals AI engines weigh most heavily. This turns the review layer from a strategy doc into a working system feeding live AggregateRating schema.

Review App (Judge.me or Loox)

Fin Pays Node Sets Up

A Shopify review app that collects post-purchase reviews and exposes them as structured data. Node installs it, wires the review-request automation (email/SMS), and adds Review / AggregateRating schema to product and homepage templates.

Audit & Content Inputs

Free, read-only access that makes the backend audit deeper and lets the 30–35 article content map be prioritized by real demand instead of guesswork.

Google Search Console

Fin Grants Free

Shows the queries yoreh already ranks for, indexing and crawl errors, and which pages get impressions. Read-only access lets Node audit accurately and rank the content briefs by actual search demand.

Analytics (GA4) — Optional

Fin Grants Free

If yoreh runs GA4, read-only viewer access adds traffic and behavior context to the audit. Nice-to-have, not required.

Security

Access & Credential Handling

Read-only first. The entire audit runs on read-only scopes — physically incapable of changing anything. Write access is added only for the editing phase, then removed.

Never the live store. All theme edits happen on an unpublished duplicate. The live storefront keeps serving the current theme until Fin previews and publishes the new one. Every change is reversible via Shopify's theme versioning.

No credentials over email or chat. Any tokens or keys are shared via an encrypted vault.

Revoke on delivery. At final payment, Node's collaborator access is removed and the custom app is deleted. Fin retains everything that was built.
